Well this is a day that you can show her that you are there for her for the entire day for what ever she wants to do. If Valentines Day falls in the middle of the week then you can plan a weekend that is just for her. See what she enjoys doing and spend the time doing the things that she loves.

2. All women love to be pampered so you can be sure that you will not go wrong with a personal pamper day that is just for her. You don”t have to spend a fortune on a day spa for her when you can do it all for her in the comfort of your own place. You can give her a romantic candle lit bath where you give her a sponge bath and wash her hair. After the bath you can give her a hot oil massage and finish off by painting her toenails for her. This will truly be a pamper day that she will never forget.

3. Give her a gourmet meal made from your own hands. As long as you”re the one cooking it just for her it won”t make much difference what you make, she will love it. Try to take some time to plan a meal that she will love. Find out what her favorite foods and dishes are then get the recipes and ingredients to make the meal perfect. Be sure to go all out and make all the courses such as appetizers, entree and dessert. Decorate the table with her favorite flowers and scented candles. If you are not generally good in the kitchen then you may want to go with a simple meal, something that is easy to cook.

4. If Valentines Day falls during the week, you can surprise her with lunch at work. Bring it in a basket so you can have a picnic lunch with her or just bring a few sweet treats for her to share with her friends at work and promise to have a great evening alone with her when she is done with her day. Be sure to stick something special in the lunch just for her like a special note or trinket that she can cherish.

5. You can make her your own special thing box. This is a cute gift idea and she will absolutely go nuts. You can use something such as a shoe box that you decorate in wrapping paper. You want to fill it with her favorite things. You can put in things that have meaning to her about the two of you such as movie tickets or a menu from the first place the two of you ate at. You can put in her favorite book or magazine and some of her favorite snacks. No matter what you choose to put in there make sure they are things that she loves.
